Leila had a wonderful 3rd birthday! Daddy called her to wish her a happy birthday while on his way to work. She really liked hearing from him in the morning.
She decided the night before she was going to wear her Christmas dress for her birthday. Its a cute dress and not too Christmas looking and she looked pretty cute wearing it.
She spent the day with grandma and grandpa. Grandma took her to Coborns where she got to push a little cart, pick out cupcakes and ride the mechanical horse. At home she asked to play giraffe (which is limbo). Gavin and Leila had a blast!
Leila requested hotdogs and green beans for her birthday dinner.
We took the left over cupcakes from grandma and grandpas and lit one for Leila after her birthday dinner. She loves being sung too. She didn't want her cupcake because daddy had bought her a pack of mini m&ms which were much more appealing.
Gavin wanted a candle on his cupcake too :)
Leila was excited to open her gifts from us.
I think her favorite gift that night was paint.
Or the mom/toddler dolls for her dollhouse...
I tried taking pictures of her in her party dress(that I made!) but the sun was way too bright in the front window so her is a little preview of her dress.
